Abstract

This study aims to identify the role of audiovisual media in improving the memorization of short prayers among children at PAUD Al-Mutoharoh. The focus is on how audiovisual media help children understand and memorize short prayers effectively. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach through observation, interviews, and documentation involving teachers and students. The results show that audiovisual media have a positive impact on enhancing children’s memorization skills. Through the combination of sound and images, children find it easier to remember prayers, become more motivated to learn, and show improvement in pronunciation and understanding of prayer meanings. The use of audiovisual media also assists teachers in delivering material more attractively and efficiently. This research contributes to improving the quality of Islamic education and offers an innovative alternative for early childhood learning methods.
