“Cognitive Restructuring Lab” dalam Meningkatkan Entrepreneurial Mindset Mahasiswa

Meningkatnya jumlah lulusan perguruan tinggi di Indonesia belum sepenuhnya diimbangi dengan kemampuan pasar kerja dalam menyerap tenaga kerja terdidik, sehingga kewirausahaan dipandang sebagai alternatif strategis untuk mengurangi angka pengangguran lulusan. Namun, minat kewirausahaan mahasiswa sering kali belum disertai dengan kesiapan psikologis untuk bertindak secara nyata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas intervensi psikologis berbasis cognitive restructuring melalui program Cognitive Restructuring Lab dalam meningkatkan entrepreneurial mindset mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen one group pre-test–post-test. Partisipan berjumlah 42 mahasiswa yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan Skala Entrepreneurial Mindset. Analisis dengan paired sample t-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan setelah intervensi (t = −2,119; p = 0,040; Cohen's d = 0,33). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pola pikir kewirausahaan bersifat dinamis dan dapat dikembangkan melalui intervensi psikologis terstruktur dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan pendidikan kewirausahaan di perguruan tinggi, khususnya sebagai dasar evaluasi efektivitas intervensi edukatif dalam membentuk entrepreneurial mindset mahasiswa sejak tahap awal perkuliahan.
