Khazanah Hukum

 

Khazanah Hukum is a Internasional journal published three times a year by the Universitas Islam negeri Sunan Gunung Djati. This journal discusses aspects that discuss the law in the Indonesian context and the context of globalization. The languages used in this journal are Indonesian and English. Khazanah Hukum will facilitate the publication of manuscripts and scientific articles relating to science in the field of Legal Sciences through a review process of involvement. We welcome and invite all scientific communities, lecturers, researchers, winners, and students to publish scientific articles here.This journal is an open-access journal. Currently, in 2023, Khazanah Hukum was indexed by Scopus.

Considering the increasing frequency of ethical violations in the world of academic writing and the increasing number of retractions of articles in leading journals for various reasons, the Khazanah Hukum editorial team is committed to upholding high ethical standards and maintaining the quality of articles. As a first step, we are implementing regulations requiring all articles published by 2024 to submit an attached declaration form. Attached file (download here), Failure to submit this form within one month will result in the retraction of articles published in 2024. We also guarantee you that in the event of an article being retracted, we will refund all APCs (Article Processing Fees) incurred. Hello to all authors at Khazanah Hukum Journal, we would like to inform you that after a thorough evaluation process, unfortunately, the article you submitted is now in the archive status. This means that the article cannot be published in our journal. We would like to inform you that currently, we are experiencing technical constraints that hinder our ability to send individual emails to each author. Therefore, through this announcement, we state unequivocally that the "archive" status on your article indicates rejection. Some common reasons for rejection include non-compliance with the specified research scope, lack of uniqueness in contributions, failure to adhere to the writing style and format guidelines established by the journal, as well as English language writing that does not meet journal standards.
