Copyright and Licensing
Saksama: Jurnal Sastra publishes all accepted and peer-reviewed content under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license.
Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:
-
Copyright Retention: Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication, with the work simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in Saksama: Jurnal Sastra.
-
Additional Distribution Arrangements: Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository, publish it in an edited book, or compile it in a thesis), with an explicit acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.
-
Author Self-Archiving (Pre-print & Post-print): Authors are permitted and strongly encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories, preprint servers, or on their personal websites) prior to and during the submission process. Doing so can lead to productive academic exchanges, as well as earlier and greater visibility and citation of the published work.
-
Transparency of Terms: The full text of all published articles includes clear, visible information regarding these licensing terms, ensuring users are aware of how the content can be used. Direct links to the relevant Creative Commons license terms are provided for every article on the journal's website.
