1. General Policy
SIYASI: Jurnal Trias Politica encourages transparency and reproducibility in scholarly research. Authors are strongly encouraged to make the data, materials, and other research outputs that support their published findings available to the public, whenever possible, in accordance with ethical and legal considerations.
Authors should clearly indicate whether the data supporting the results are available and, if so, how they can be accessed.

-
Openly Available Data:
“The data that support the findings of this study are openly available in [repository name] at [DOI or URL].” -
Available on Request:
“The data that support the findings of this study are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.” -
Restricted Data:
“The data are not publicly available due to [ethical/privacy/legal] restrictions.” -
No Data Available:
“No new data were created or analyzed in this study.”

- Institutional repositories (e.g., UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung Repository)
4. Ethical and Legal Considerations
Data sharing must comply with:
-
Ethical approval and informed consent (when human subjects are involved).
-
Data protection laws and institutional regulations.
-
Intellectual property rights and confidentiality agreements.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that data sharing does not violate any privacy, legal, or ethical constraints.
5. Journal’s Role and Responsibility
SIYASI: Jurnal Trias Politica does not store raw research data but encourages transparency by requiring clear data statements. The editorial team reserves the right to request data verification during the review process when necessary.
6. Citation of Data
All datasets used or created should be properly cited in the References section, following the journal’s citation style. Example:
Author(s). (Year). Dataset Title. Repository Name. DOI
7. Compliance and Integrity
Failure to provide data transparency or to respond to reasonable requests for data may be considered a breach of publication ethics and handled according to COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.
