About the Journal

SIYASI: Jurnal Trias Politica is a scholarly journal published by the Constitutional Law (Siyasah) Program, Faculty of Sharia and Law, Sunan Gunung Djati State Islamic University, Bandung. The journal is issued twice a year. It discusses developments in constitutional law viewed through various scientific perspectives and approaches. The scope of SIYASI: Jurnal Trias Politica focuses on studies in Constitutional Law and Islamic Constitutional Law. The journal is published biannually (in May and November). The review process is conducted through a double-blind peer review, in which both reviewers and authors remain anonymous to each other.
