PEMBERDAYAAN MELALUI PROGRAM INOVASI ECO- ENZYME DALAM MENGATASI DAMPAK LIMBAH TAHU

Penelitian ini menganalisis mengenai proses pemberdayaan lingkungan, proses pembuatan eco-enzyme, dan dampak eco-enzyme terhadap limbah tahu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Sisdamas (Berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat) merupakan salah satu metode dari Riset Aksi. Penelitian ini mengadopsi berbagai teori untuk menganalisis fokus penelitian, seperti; teori pemberdayaan lingkungan, teori eco-enzyme dan limbah tahu, yang meliputi proses pembuatan, fungsi, dampak, dan lain-lain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, proses pemberdayaan lingkungan melalui program inovasi eco-enzyme terbukti dapat memperbaiki pencemaran lingkungan dan memberi dampak positif pada pencemaran limbah tahu di Desa Drawati.
