Sinergitas Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat Dalam Mengatasi Pernikahan Dini

Abstract

Penelitian menganalisis sinergitas pemberdayaan ekonomi atasi pernikahan dini di Kampung Cipulus, Mandalasari, Cikancung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan hasrat pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode riset aksi yang termasuk ke dalam penelitian mixed methods research, mengadopsi pada teori Sinergitas yaitu meliputi sebuah integrasi pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan hasrat wujudkan kerja sama perubahan sosial. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Masyarakat Kampung Cipulus memahami kaitan ekonomi dan pencegahan pernikahan dini. Meski sadar dampaknya, pemahaman solusi ekonomi masih rendah. Melalui model pentahelix, pengetahuan dan kesadaran meningkat. Kemandirian finansial dipilih sebagai alternatif, mendorong perubahan pola pikir dan efek positif berkelanjutan.

This study analyzes the synergy of economic empowerment to address early marriage in Cipulus Village, Mandalasari, Cikancung. The purpose of this study was to identify the knowledge, skills, and desire for community economic empowerment. This study used an action research method, which is included in mixed methods research, adopting the Synergy theory, which includes the integration of knowledge, skills, and desire to realize collaborative social change. The results show that the Cipulus Village community understands the link between economics and preventing early marriage. Although aware of the impact, understanding of economic solutions is still low. Through the Pentahelix model, knowledge and awareness are increased. Financial independence was chosen as an alternative, encouraging a change in mindset and sustainable positive effects.
