All articles in this issue (13 original research articles) were authored or co-authored by 33 scholars from 13 institutions across 3 countries—Indonesia, Brunei, and Malaysia—representing a diverse range of academic disciplines and perspectives. This issue covers various topics, including self-control and grit in thesis achievement among final-year students, critical reflections on apocalyptic studies by Mark Fisher, and the psychological recovery of natural disaster victims in North Sumatra. It also explores empowering communities to prevent stunting in North Sumatra, strengthening MSMEs through the impact of Sharia rural banks, and integrating cultural approaches into pedagogy in Catholic education in West Java. Additionally, the issue addresses the use of social media to combat sexual violence through the Speak Up movement, the socio-economic effects of transforming agricultural land into residential areas in Mandailing Natal, and urban agrarian reform in Surakarta, Central Java. Other topics include the political policies of R. A. A.
