Journal History

  • Ta'lim Al-Arabiyyah Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa Arab dan Kebahasaaraban is a peer-reviewed journal in the Arabic education field. It is intended to communicate original research and current issues on the subject. This journal is published by the Arabic Education Department, Faculty of Education and Teachers Training, Sunan Gunung Djati State Islamic University of Bandung, in partnership with IMLA (Ittihadul Mudarrisii al Lughah al 'Arabiyyah). It has been published twice a year since 2017 (June and December) in a press version and has been published in an open journal system since 2018.
  • Ta'lim al-‘Arabiyyah: Arabic Language and Education Journal started issuing an online version of the journal (open journal system) in Volume 2, number 1 of 2018.
  • Ta'lim al-‘Arabiyyah: Arabic Language and Education Journal has been issuing 6 journal articles each since the release of Volume 2, Number 1 of 2018, up to Volume 3, Number 1 of 2019.
  • Due to the overload amount of journal articles submitted to the editorial team, Ta'lim al-'Arabiyyah: Arabic Language and Education Journal has been issuing 8 journal articles each since the release of Volume 3 Number 2 of 2019 up to Volume 5 Number 1 of 2021.
  • In 2020, Ta'lim al-'Arabiyyah: Arabic Language and Education Journal established cooperation with the IMLA (Ittihadul Mudarrisii al Lughah al 'Arabiyyah) as an Association of Arabic Language Teachers in Indonesia.
  • Ta'lim al-'Arabiyyah: Arabic Language and Education Journal changed its template by adding IMLA's logo as a cooperation partner in the release of Volume 4 Number 1 of 2020.
  • In 2020, Ta'lim al-'Arabiyyah: Arabic Language and Education Journal filed for accreditation to the RISET DIKTI (The Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia) and obtained SINTA 3 predicate starting from the release of Volume 2 Number 2 of 2018 up to Volume 7 Number 1 of 2023.
  • Starting with the release of Volume 5 Number 2 of 2021, Ta'lim al-'Arabiyyah: Arabic Language and Education Journal has been issuing 9 journal articles each.
  • This journal charges the following author fees. Article Submission: 0.00 (IDR). Authors are not required to pay an Article Submission Fee as part of the submission process to contribute to review costs. However, If the manuscript is accepted for publication, authors are required to pay for an Article Publication. Article Processing Charge is used for DOI activation, improved readability, proofreading, and layout editing. Note: Free APC for foreign authors.
  • Since volume 7, number 2, in 2023, Ta'lim al-'Arabiyyah has been accredited SINTA 2 by KEMENRISTEKDIKBUD with decision letter number 72/E/KPT/2024.
