Abstrak
Desa Sigama Ujung Gading merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di Kecamatan Padang Bolak Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara. Mayoritas masyarakat di Desa Sigama Ujung Gading beragama Muslim. Namun yang terlihat masjid-masjid pada desa ini mengalami kendala berupa kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat sekitar untuk mensejahterakan masjid. Hal ini terlihat dari sepinya masjid saat masuk salat dan tidak adanya kegiatan ketika hari besar islam. Maka dari itu perlu adanya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dapat membantu masyarakat untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang ada. Metode dalam pengabdian ini yaitu dengan ceramah atau penyamapaian materi dan diskusi dengan tanya jawab. Berdasarkan hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini pengurus masjid dibantu untuk menyusun struktur organisasi yang sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsi nya msing-masing, kemudian pengurus dibantu cara merancang kegiatan baik kegitan mingguan hingga kegiatan tahunan serta masyarakat juga diberi pemahaman tentang pentingnya keterlibatan masyarakat untuk mensejahterakan masjid begitu pula dengan pentingnya anak muda sebagai agen of change untuk mensejahterakan masjid.

Abstract
Sigama Ujung Gading Village is located in the Padang Bolak District of North Padang Lawas Regency. The majority of the population in Sigama Ujung Gading Village is Muslim. However, it appears that the mosques in this village face challenges, such as a lack of community participation in the welfare of the mosques. This is evident from the empty mosques during prayer times and the absence of activities during Islamic holidays. Therefore, there is a need for community service activities that can assist the community in addressing these issues. The method used in this community service involves lectures or material presentations and discussions with Q&A sessions. Based on the results of this community service activity, mosque administrators were assisted in developing an organizational structure that aligns with each of their roles and functions. Additionally, the administrators were helped in planning activities, from weekly to annual events, and the community was educated on the importance of their involvement in the welfare of the mosques. Emphasis was also placed on the role of young people as agents of change in promoting the well-being of the mosque.
