Korespondensi Konteks Kepesantrenan dan Trigonometri pada Bahan Ajar: Analisis Etnomatematika

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi keterkaitan konseptual antara konteks lingkungan pesantren dan konsep trigonometri dalam sebuah Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) serta mendeskripsikan penilaian ahli dan persepsi pengguna terhadap relevansi konteksnya. Penelitian menggunakan analisis konten kualitatif terhadap tiga kegiatan LKPD, dengan unit analisis berupa elemen konteks, elemen matematis, dan fungsi konteks dalam proses penyelesaian. Data deskriptif dari satu dosen ahli materi, 30 peserta didik, dan dua guru digunakan sebagai informasi pendukung. Hasil menunjukkan tiga pemetaan, yaitu rasio tangen pada bayangan tiang dan waktu Asar, aturan sinus pada jarak masjid–asrama, serta sudut elevasi pada pengukuran menara. Namun, korespondensi tersebut belum seluruhnya autentik secara etnomatematis. Model waktu Asar belum memasukkan bayangan kulminasi, model jangkauan azan mengabaikan faktor akustik, dan narasi Al-Battani memerlukan presisi historis. Ahli memberikan skor 28 dari 35 pada aspek kontekstual, sedangkan respons pengguna cenderung positif. Temuan menegaskan perlunya verifikasi ahli falak dan budaya pesantren agar integrasi konteks tidak hanya bersifat dekoratif.
