Submission and Preservation
Guidelines for electronic filing, digital archiving, repositories, and preservation
Electronic Filing
Prestise uses an online journal management system to receive and process manuscript submissions.
Authors should submit manuscripts through the journal's official website at submission link.
During submission, authors are required to provide accurate manuscript metadata, including the title, abstract, keywords, author names, affiliations, and references. Required declarations and supporting documents must also be uploaded.
The online system is used to manage editorial assignments, peer review, revisions, editorial decisions, and publication records.
Authors should retain copies of their submitted manuscripts and relevant correspondence. Questions about technical difficulties may be directed to journal contact.
Digital Archiving
The journal maintains digital records of its published articles and associated publication metadata to support accessibility, retrieval, and long-term scholarly documentation.
Published articles are available through the journal website, subject to the journal's access model and applicable copyright and licensing conditions.
Repository Policy
Prestise supports the dissemination and accessibility of scholarly work through institutional and subject-based repositories, subject to the journal's copyright and licensing policies.
Authors may deposit the published version of their articles in institutional repositories, subject repositories, or other appropriate scholarly repositories, provided that the deposited material is properly attributed to the original publication in Prestise and includes the article's DOI or permanent URL where available.
Authors are encouraged to include a complete citation of the published article and a link to the official version on the journal website. Deposited articles must not be presented as separate or unpublished works when they have already been published in Prestise.
Repository deposits must comply with applicable copyright, licensing, and attribution requirements. Authors should consult the journal's copyright and licensing policy if clarification is needed.
Digital Preservation
Prestise recognizes the importance of preserving scholarly publications and maintaining access to the scholarly record over time, relying solely on the journal's official website for content archiving and digital preservation.
The journal will communicate any material changes to its preservation arrangements through its website where appropriate.
