Electronic Filing and Digital Archiving Policy

1. Electronic Submission and Filing

Tadris Al-'Arabiyyah: Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa Arab dan Kebahasaaraban uses the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform to receive, manage, and document manuscript submissions electronically. Authors must submit manuscripts through the journal’s official online submission system. The platform supports the handling of manuscript files, editorial correspondence, peer-review reports, revised versions, editorial decisions, and production documents throughout the publication process.

Official submission page: https://journal.uinsgd.ac.id/index.php/ta/about/submissions

2. Manuscript Files and Metadata

Authors are responsible for uploading complete, accurate, and current manuscript files and for supplying correct metadata, including the manuscript title, abstract, keywords, author names, affiliations, and contact details. Supporting documentation, such as authorship statements, ethical approvals, conflict of interest declarations, funding information, and data-availability statements, must be provided when required or applicable. Files submitted for double-blind peer review should be prepared in accordance with the journal’s anonymization instructions.

3. Editorial Workflow and Records

The electronic editorial workflow covers initial screening, assignment of editors, double-blind peer review by two expert reviewers, revision requests, editorial decisions, copyediting, production, and publication. Relevant versions and communications are documented in the journal management system. Editors and authorized journal personnel are responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that published metadata correspond to the final approved article.

4. Confidentiality and Access

Unpublished manuscripts, reviewer identities, review reports, author information, and editorial correspondence are treated as confidential. Access is limited to authorized participants according to their responsibilities and the access permissions of the journal platform. Manuscript content may not be disclosed, distributed, or used for personal research without appropriate authorization. Personal information is handled under the journal’s privacy statement and applicable institutional requirements.

5. Electronic Archive of Published Articles

Final published articles and their bibliographic metadata are made freely available on the Tadris Al-'Arabiyyah: Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa Arab dan Kebahasaaraban website as part of its open-access publication record. The online archive provides access to published issues and article files. Where assigned, Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) provide persistent identification for published articles. Post-publication corrections, retractions, and related notices should be linked clearly to the affected scholarly record.
