The journal's official Contact page provides the designated principal and support contacts. Authors, readers, reviewers, and complainants should use the contact details published there or communicate through the journal submission system for questions about manuscripts, ethical concerns, corrections, appeals, and publication policies.

For a complete transparency-compliant contact section, the journal should prominently display an active editorial email address, identify a responsible principal contact and support contact with current roles, and indicate how a conflict-of-interest complaint against an editor can be forwarded to an independent publisher representative. Changes to contact personnel must be reflected promptly on the journal website. Do not insert unverified email addresses or telephone numbers.
