Copyright Notice
Copyright in articles published by Jurnal AGRO remains with the author(s), except where separate third-party material is subject to different rights.
Authors grant Jurnal AGRO the non-exclusive right of first publication and permission to publish, distribute, preserve, and identify the work as originally published in the journal. Each published article is made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.
Authors may enter separate non-exclusive arrangements for the distribution of their published work, including depositing it in institutional repositories, using it for teaching, or incorporating it into future scholarly works, provided the initial publication in Jurnal AGRO is appropriately acknowledged. Authors are responsible for securing permission for third-party content not covered by an applicable exception or license and for identifying any different credit lines or permissions.
The copyright notice and license statement should appear on each article's landing page and full-text PDF/HTML. A recommended article notice is: “© [year] The Author(s). Published by Jurnal AGRO. This is an open-access article distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).”
This policy should be reflected consistently in the journal's submission agreement and License to Publish form. A claim of an exclusive first-publication license for the entire copyright term is not consistent with the intended non-exclusive rights described above and should be revised before the policy is adopted.
