AUTHOR GUIDELINES
Papers submitted for publication must conform to the following guidelines:

Scope and Language:

Papers should focus on themes related to the management of Islamic educational institutions, including but not limited to the administration and governance of Pesantren (Islamic boarding schools), Madrasas, Islamic schools, and higher education institutions within the context of Islamic education. Topics may encompass educational policies, curriculum development, leadership strategies, teacher professional development, institutional governance, the role of Islamic values in education, and the integration of modern educational practices within Islamic frameworks.

Manuscripts may be written in Indonesian, English, or Arabic.

For papers written in English, use Microsoft Word with the following specifications:

Abstract:

Each paper must include a 150–200-word abstract summarizing the main points, methodology, and findings of the research.

Paper Length:

The length of the paper should be 4,000-7,000 words (including the abstract, references, and any appendices).

The full name(s) of the author(s) must be included, along with the institutional affiliation(s) and complete address(es).

File Format:

Submissions must be made in either Microsoft Word or Open Office/RTF format.

The contents of papers for empirical research should be organized as follows:

Bibliographical References:

Citations and references must follow the APA Sixth Edition style.

In-text Citations:

When citing a source for the first time, provide the full details:

Full name(s) of the author(s), title of the source (italicized), place of publication, publisher, year of publication, and the exact page number(s) being cited.

For subsequent citations of the same source, only the author's last name, a short form of the title, and specific page number(s) should be listed.

Bibliography:

A full bibliography should be included at the end of the paper, formatted according to APA guidelines.
