Implementasi Fungsi Pengorganisasian Pondok Pesantren Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Santri

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the determination of santri activities and human resources, design and development, placement and assignment and delegation of authority at the Al-Ma'munul Hamiddiyah Islamic Boarding School to produce quality students. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach through field observations, interviews, documentation studies and literature studies which are then compiled and classified according to the data that the author needs. The results of the research at the Al-Ma'munul Hamiddiyah Islamic Boarding School were that the determination of the activities of the students and human resources for the board was determined by the pesantren leadership, the kiai council, the teacher council, and the santri council and adjusted to the needs of the students. The design and development is carried out by analyzing the needs of the pesantren in order to adapt to the times through experience and comparative studies. Placement and assignments are determined by the leadership, board and Ex-Officio based on predetermined criteria, this is done so that the elected administrators are able to guide and direct the students. The delegation of authority to each individual / management is adjusted to the main duties and functions of each position of each santri.
