All articles in this issue (8 original research articles) were authored or co-authored by 20 scholars from 7 institutions across 2 countries—Indonesia and Malaysia—representing a variety of academic disciplines and perspectives. This issue addresses a range of topics, including religious and ethnic prejudice as challenges to creating social harmony in West Java, the manifestation of the social action system at the Gogopet Racing Circuit in Petir Village, and the causes and impacts of early marriage through a phenomenological study in the Cimarel Hamlet community in West Bandung Regency. Additionally, it explores women's issues in the context of religious moderation among female religious counselors in Greater Bandung, the design of standard operating procedures for knowledge creation management at the Kinang Putra Dance and Music Studios, and the changes in social behavior of children who watch the soap opera Bond of Love. Other articles focus on the levels of student readiness for entering the workforce in the era of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution and the role of digital humanities in nurturing nationalism through social media. These studies collectively highlight the journal’s commitment to promoting critical, contextual, and interdisciplinary research in social development.
