Author Guidelines

The scientific works that will be considered for publication are those that following the requirements:

 

  1. Scientific works, in the form of research and development of Islamic education, original, a summary of the results of the study / survey, or the others papers were seen giving contribution for developing a study and thought Islamic Education of Early Childhood.
  2. The manuscript has not been published in the other publication of any or are not being requested by other media.
  3. The manuscript is written in Indonesian/English/Arabic with proper grammar. 
  4. Script structure:
  5. Title. The title must be short, bright and informative, but does not exceed 12 words. It must be right with the problem discussed. Article titles do not contain unusual abbreviations. The main ideas must be written first and followed by the explanation.
  6. Name and institution of the author. The author's name must be accompanied by the author's institution, agency address, and e-mail address, without an academic degree and position.
  7. Abstract. Abstracts are written in English and Indonesian. Abstracts are made in one paragraph consisting of background, objectives, research methods, results, conclusions and keywords (3-5 phrases).
  8. Introduction. The introduction must contain a general background (brief and sequential) and a literature review (sophisticated), the main research problems and previous research. Required to write novelty and "state of the art".
  9. Method. Complete written research methods include: types of research, research objects, research design, research instruments, data collection techniques and data processing
  10. Results and Discussion. This section consists of the results of the study and how they are discussed. The results obtained from the research must be supported by adequate data. The results of research and discoveries must be the answer, or research hypothesis stated earlier in the introduction. The following components must be discussed in the discussion: How will your results relate to the initial questions or objectives described in the Introduction (what / how) section? Do you provide a scientific interpretation of each outcome or finding presented (why)? Are your results consistent with what other investigators report (what else)? Or is there a difference?
  11. Closing. Conclusions must answer the purpose of research and research findings. Concluding remarks should not only contain repetition of results and discussions or abstracts. You should also suggest future research and show what is happening.
  12. Bibliography. The literature listed in References only contains sources that are referenced or included in the article. Must use the Mendeley Reference Manager Application. Reference sources must provide 80% of journal articles, processes or research results from the past five years. Bibliographic writing technique, using the American Psychological Association 6th Edition (APA Style).
  13. The contents of the manuscript consist of 5000 to 6000 words or 15 to 25 pages of paper size quarto typed with one half spacing. 
  14. The manuscript is written by using bodynote (name of author, year: page). 
  15. List of literature compiled in alphabetical to load the name of the author, the title of the book/journal/magazine, the town where the publication, publisher and the year of issue.
  16. Book, containing the author's name, book title, publisher city: publisher name, and year of publication. Example: Arifin, Zainal, Pengembangan Manajemen Mutu Kurikulum Pendidikan Islam, Yogyakarta: Diva Press, 2012.
  17. Compilation book, it contains the name of the editor (ed.)/(Eds.), The title of the book, city of publisher: name of publisher, year. Example: Arifin, Zainal ed., Pengembangan Manajemen Mutu Kurikulum Pendidikan Islam, Yogyakarta: Diva Press, 2012.
  18. Magazine/scientific journal containing the author's name, article title, magazine/journal name, volume/edition (number), month and year: pages. Example: Machali, Imam, “Perilaku Keagamaan Kaum Waria Yogyakarta Kasus di Pondok Pesantren Waria “Senin-Kemis” Yogyakarta”, An-Nur, 3 (2) Agustus 2011: 321-338.
  19. In electronic media including the name of the author , the title of the document (italics), number version/file (if applicable), date of the document /date of revision of the last (if different from the date of access), protocol and address , the track access or directory , and the date of access in brackets " [ ] " Example : Burka, Lauren P. “A Hypertext History of Multi-User Dimensions.” MUD History. 1993. http://www.utopia.com/talent/lpp/middex/essay [2 Agustus 1996]
  20. The manuscript typed in the Microsoft Word Format RTF (Rich Text Format) or Doc. (Word Document) is submitted directly to https://journal.uinsgd.ac.id/index.php/japra by using a attachment file.
  21. Do not mind if the manuscript that is submit undergoes editing or revision without changing its content.

  23. Every script that is categorized into: 
    1. Received without revision.
    2. Received with revision.
    3. Rejected.
    4. A script that will be published will be notified to the author via email.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Fees

This journal charges the following author fees.

Article Submission: 0.00 (IDR)
Authors are required to pay an Article Submission Fee as part of the submission process to contribute to review costs.

Article Publication: 300.00 (IDR)
If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publications costs.

If you do not have funds to pay such fees, you will have an opportunity to waive each fee. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.
