Strategi Guru PAI dalam Meningkatkan Pengamalan Nilai-nilai Islami Siswa

Abstract


ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh masalah adanya anggapan bahwa sekolah umum kurang memperhatikan pengamalan keagamaan siswanya, maka menjadi penting bagi guru PAI untuk memakai strategi khusus agar pengamalan nilai-nilai Islami siswa di sekolah dapat tercapai secara optimal. Persoalannya, strategi khusus macam apa yang dilakukan guru PAI untuk meningkatkan pengamalan nilai-nilai Islami siswa yang mendorong penulis untuk meneliti lebih jauh mengenai hal tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan; (1) Strategi yang dilakukan guru PAI dalam meningkatkan pengamalan nilai-nilai Islami siswa, (2) Faktor-faktor penunjang dan penghambat penerapan strategi tersebut dan (3) Hasil yang dicapai guru PAI setelah menerapkan strateginya. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitiannya adalah (1) Strategi guru PAI dalam meningkatkan pengamalan nilai Islami siswa yaitu (a) Menunjukkan keteladanan dengan ikut terlibat bersama siswa mengamalkan zikir lisan, melaksanakan shalat dan puasa, kebersamaan dalam kerja kelompok dan kerja bakti. (b) Melatih kebiasaan melalui sebuah program. (2) Salah satu faktor penunjang penghambatnya adalah kondisi psikis siswa tergolong baik seperti dalam fokus belajar. (3) Hasil yang dicapainya adalah terwujudnya pengamalan nilai Islami siswa. Saat akan masuk kelas siswa menyapa guru dan teman, saat di dalam kelas, siswa berdoa dan membaca al-Quran, saat istirahat siswa shalat dhuha, menjelang shalat siswa saling mengajak teman untuk shalat, dan menjelang pulang siswa berdoa.

ABSTRACT

This research is based on the problem of the assumption that public schools pay less attention to the religious practice of their students, so it becomes important for PAI teachers to use special strategies so that the implementation of Islamic values of students in school can be achieved optimally. The problem is, what specific strategies do PAI teachers undertake to improve the practice of Islamic values of students that encourage authors to examine more about them. The purpose of this study is to describe; (1) Strategies by PAI teachers in improving the practice of students' Islamic values, (2) Factors supporting and inhibiting the implementation of such strategies and (3) Results achieved by PAI teachers after implementing their strategy. The method of this research is qualitative descriptive. The results of the research are (1) PAI teacher strategy in improving the implementation of Islamic student's values that is (a) Exemplifies the model by getting involved with the students doing oral meditation, performing prayers and fasting, togetherness in group work and consecration work. (b) Training habits through a program. (2) One of the supporting factors inhibiting the students' psychological condition is quite good as in the focus of learning. (3) The achievements is the realization practice of students' Islamic values. When going to class student greet teachers and firends and in class, students pray and recite the Quran, during the rest of dhuha prayer students, before praying students invite friends to pray, and before the students come home praying.
