JISPO publishes all articles under the Creative Commons Attribution–ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license. See the license terms at: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/

Author Rights
Authors retain copyright without restriction. By submitting and, if accepted, publishing with JISPO, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, archive, and promote the work, and to identify JISPO as the original publisher.

License Terms (CC BY-SA 4.0)
Others may share (copy, redistribute) and adapt (remix, transform, build upon) the work—including for commercial purposes—provided they: (1) give appropriate credit to the author(s) and JISPO (authors, title, journal, volume/issue, year, and DOI), (2) provide a link to the CC BY-SA 4.0 license, (3) indicate if changes were made, and (4) distribute any derivative works under the same license (ShareAlike).

Self-Archiving
Authors may deposit preprints, accepted manuscripts, and the version of record in institutional or subject repositories and on personal or departmental webpages at any time. Please include the article DOI and a statement of the CC BY-SA 4.0 license.

Third-Party Material
If the manuscript includes content not owned by the authors (e.g., images, figures, tables) that is not covered by CC BY-SA 4.0, authors must obtain written permission for reuse under CC BY-SA terms or clearly credit and state any differing license/reuse restrictions in the caption or acknowledgments.

No Transfer of Copyright
JISPO does not require copyright transfer. Publishing rights remain non-exclusive, and authors are free to publish and distribute their work elsewhere, provided subsequent uses respect prior publication in JISPO and the CC BY-SA 4.0 license.
