Allegations of Research Misconduct

Likuid: Jurnal Ekonomi Industri Halal takes allegations of research misconduct seriously and is committed to maintaining the integrity of the scholarly record. Research misconduct includes, but is not limited to, fabrication or falsification of data, plagiarism, duplicate or redundant publication, inappropriate manipulation of images or research results, unethical research practices, and other forms of academic misconduct.

The journal encourages authors, reviewers, readers, and other parties to report suspected research misconduct to the editorial team by providing relevant information and supporting evidence. All allegations will be assessed fairly, confidentially, and objectively. The journal may request explanations or additional documentation from the authors and, where necessary, consult relevant institutions, research ethics committees, or other appropriate authorities.

If an allegation is substantiated, the journal will take appropriate action in accordance with the seriousness of the case and established publication ethics principles. Possible actions include rejection of the manuscript, correction of the published article, publication of an expression of concern, or retraction of the article. The journal will ensure that decisions are based on credible evidence and that all parties are given a fair opportunity to respond.
