Post-Publication Discussion Policy

VARIA HUKUM: Jurnal Forum Studi Hukum dan Kemasyarakatan supports responsible post-publication scholarly discussion. Readers may raise substantive comments, alternative interpretations, replication results, or concerns about published articles through Letters to the Editor, submitted by email to jurnalvariahukum@uinsgd.ac.id.

Submissions for post-publication discussion must be relevant, evidence-based, professionally expressed, and free from defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, or abusive content. The journal may edit for clarity and for legal or ethical reasons without changing the substantive argument, or may decline material that does not meet these standards.

When a comment raises a significant concern about accuracy, ethics, or integrity, it may be handled under the journal's Research Integrity process rather than as ordinary commentary. Authors of the original article will normally be given an opportunity to respond where appropriate.
