Corrections Policy
VARIA HUKUM: Jurnal Forum Studi Hukum dan Kemasyarakatan corrects the scholarly record when a published article contains a material error or omission that affects understanding, attribution, metadata, analysis, presentation, or part of the findings but does not render the article as a whole unreliable.
Correction requests may be submitted by authors, readers, editors, institutions, or other relevant parties to jurnalvariahukum@uinsgd.ac.id. The journal will verify the issue and determine whether a formal correction is necessary.
A correction notice will identify the original article, state what was wrong and what has been corrected, be dated and freely accessible, and be permanently linked to the version of record. The original article will be updated or annotated by means of a linked correction notice (erratum or corrigendum), with earlier versions remaining accessible, without obscuring the publication history.
Minor typographical changes that do not affect meaning may be corrected by the editorial office without a formal notice, provided that each change is recorded in the journal's internal log. Material changes will not be made silently.
