Electronic Filing and Archiving Policy

JIPAI is committed to the long-term availability and preservation of everything it publishes.

Online archive. All issues and articles are permanently available in the journal's Archives on Open Journal Systems (OJS). Published articles are never removed, except in the exceptional cases described in the Correction and Retraction policy.

Persistent identifiers. Every article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) registered with Crossref, so that citations remain valid even if the web address changes. (DOI prefix: 10.15575)

Backup. The journal's files and database are backed up regularly on a daily basis by the server management of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung.

Third-party preservation. Articles are also preserved through (PKP PN), Portico, CLOCKSS, and LOCKSS. If the journal ceases publication, archived content will remain accessible through these services.

Metadata harvesting. Article metadata can be harvested through the OAI-PMH protocol at https://journal.uinsgd.ac.id/index.php/jipai/oai and is indexed by services such as Google Scholar, Garuda, SINTA, DOAJ, Dimensions, BASE, and Crossref, as listed on the Indexing page.

Self-archiving. Because the journal is licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0 and authors retain copyright, authors may deposit the published version of their article in institutional or subject repositories and on personal websites, provided the original publication in JIPAI is cited with its DOI.
