Post-Publication Discussion

JIPAI welcomes constructive scholarly discussion of the articles it publishes.

How to comment. Readers may submit comments, questions, critiques, or requests for clarification about a published article by email to jipai@uinsgd.ac.id , with the article title, DOI, and the commenter's name and affiliation, or through the Contact page.

Process

  1. The editors acknowledge the message within 14 days and check that it is substantive, civil, and relevant to the article.
  2. The corresponding author is invited to respond.
  3. Substantive comments that add to the scholarly discussion may be published as a Comment or Letter to the Editor, together with the author's Response, in the next issue and linked to the original article.
  4. If a comment reveals a possible error or misconduct, it is handled under the Correction and Retraction or Research Misconduct policies.

Standards. Comments must be academic in tone and must not contain personal attacks, defamatory statements, or commercial promotion. The editors may decline comments that do not meet these standards.

Authors are encouraged to respond to readers' questions about their work. Discussion of the journal's articles on other platforms (for example, social media or academic networks) is welcome, but we encourage commenters to also contact the journal so that issues can be addressed formally.
