Direct Marketing Policy
ISEMA: Islamic Educational Management is committed to ethical and transparent communication in all of its promotional and outreach activities. Any direct marketing efforts, including the solicitation of manuscripts, calls for papers, or announcements of newly published issues, are conducted professionally and adhere strictly to the following principles:
-
Truthful and Accurate Information: All information provided in marketing communications regarding the journal, its publisher, the peer-review process, indexing status, publication frequency, and Article Processing Charges (APCs) must be factual, transparent, and not misleading to potential authors or readers.
-
Targeted and Unobtrusive Communication: Direct marketing emails are exclusively sent to individuals whose academic background, research interests, or previous publications strongly align with the focus and scope of Islamic educational administration and management. The journal strictly prohibits indiscriminate mass mailing or spamming.
-
Privacy and Consent: We highly respect the privacy of our academic community. Authors, reviewers, and readers who register on our Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform will only receive communications relevant to the journal's activities. Every direct marketing communication will include a clear and easy mechanism for recipients to opt-out or unsubscribe from future mailing lists.
This policy ensures that our outreach efforts remain respectful of the academic community and fully comply with the transparency best practices set by the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
